LivINN Hotel Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center

Enjoyed our stay, would have enjoyed the fire pit being on during “adult swim”— it was surrounded by families and children all night.

Very pet friendly place the pool area was very nice kid friendly the breakfast was good no hand sanitizer in the dispenser could use a Jacuzzi but overall I will stay again oh and the front desk clerk was excellent real gentleman

It was a mini vacation with my husband and our buddies. We did a double bed room by the pool and it was quiet! We were only there in the morning and late evening, but each night there were kids in the pool when we would be coming in yet we'd never hear them come in! The breakfast was *okay*. Not terrible, but not the worst. The coffee was always fresh and that is what mattered to me lol

Other than kids running down the hallways, it was pretty quiet. The staff was amazing and the food is great.

Again we booked this hotel because of convenience and again we say “never again!” Hotel rooms are in need of attention and clientele border on scary. We came in after 11pm and lobby was overrun by unsupervised little kids. Halls were also very noisy until well after midnight. It is obviously home to a lot of people who are down on their luck. Not a place for travelers. On the upside the breakfast is decent, but I will find a new place to stay on my next trip.

We were made to wait in the lobby with some other guests until EXACTLY 3 pm to check in. We were 15 minutes early. Then we were told we weren’t charged the correct price and were made to pay $10.41 more. We had no choice because we were in town for a family event that evening. There was a big sign in the parking lot about Liv-Inn not being responsible for vandalism or theft from our car. Several people were going in and out and sitting in their cars. There appeared to be several families who actually live there, with kids coming in from school. It was a bit disappointing since we have stayed several times before. The room was clean and nice and the breakfast was also. Not so sure I am anxious to stay there again.

There were people from various rooms that were making sleep next to impossible because of the noise they were mking. Doors slamming, kids running through the halls, loud talking, music and more. Worst hotel stay ive had in awhile.

ust now on Google This hotel has potential, if it wasn’t for the service and certain workers. I came to Cincinnati for my graduation with my 3 kids, husband, parents and sister. I booked two rooms and stood from Thursday-Monday (long stay). Being that I had my 3 kids with me, the room did tend to get very messy so I requested the second day if they can come clean my room while we were out touring. When we got back to the hotel, no one has came to clean the room. I asked again to the front desk if they can come clean, I also asked the cleaning ladies. I was told they were going to come…NOTHING. Sunday evening, I told a nice young lady at the front- different girl from the morning, about the situation. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left already and she had no choice but to offer me clean towels, sheets, garbage bags. My husband and I had to throw out the garbage ourselves, put new garbage bag, change the sheets, pillow cases and put all the dirty stuff in another bag for them to take. Once again, not the girl’s fault. I blame the cleaning crew who were literally there all day not doing their job. And the girl from Sunday morning who I complained to and did nothing to help me. To add insult to the injury, when we checked in we were told breakfast ended at 10am- no one told us the times changed during weekdays so we woke up today on our last day to get breakfast before checking out, the time was 9am. Have stayed here before and will totally stay again. Great area for the (older) kids to swim and parents to have conversation poolside by the firepits. Neat and orderly throughout the entire hotel.
