Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alliance, an IHG Hotel

+ Clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable bed and chair. Nice lighting, wall sconces and lamps. Good blackout curtains/blinds for window. Very good water pressure on second floor. Nice swimming pool indoors. Management provides great hospitality, much appreciated, Tammy! - Only a few ‘cons’ Which would not deter us from staying again but might be more impactful for some. Elevator was not working. Entry to building only by front/main doors; can exit from the sides but not enter. (This may also be a pro for good security!) Property is older, undergoing renovations. One suggestion for management: since the pool is open until 10 pm (which was fabulous!) please consider maybe making it kids-free after 9 pm for those who like to swim laps.

We had to get a room on Christmas evening because we had a water line break and we had no water. Unfortunately they had a water line break at the hotel that night at 1:15 am and the alarms all went off at for what seemed like forever. They did fix the water break quickly. The pool area was very cold to sit and enjoy the kids swimming and the hot tub wasnt working... The rooms were very clean and every person we ran into they were amazing and nice. The breakfast was yummy and the gentleman that was in charge of it was so super friendly. We will definitely stay again! Hopfully under better circumstances

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. They had a pavilion with picnic tables and grassy area for kids to play. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Reasonable price and we will definitely come back on our next visit.

The property is clearly dated and worn, but I'm told new owners purchased the property in January and a floor by floor renovation is scheduled for this fall. The staff was lovely to speak with, very friendly. Breakfast sometimes ran out and the person running things was a bit behind getting fresh stuff put out, but overall it was nice. The cinnamon rolls were especially good. My kids liked the pancake machine a lot. The room was simple but functional, the shower had good consistent temps and water pressure, the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping didn't visit us during our stay and we did have to request toilet paper about halfway through our 3 night stay.
