Comfort Suites Hartville - North Canton

We booked this hotel room because it has a hot tub, and pool and we take our kids there during the winter allot so that they can enjoy the pool and we can enjoy the hot tub! Hot tub was broken!!!! And the front desk didn’t tell us that or we would have asked for our money back, and the website should have notified so family’s like us don’t have to experience this!! O would have spent my 150 elseware. I paid like 95 cash and the rest with my frequent visit moneys

The hotel was awesome. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had as far as hotel breakfasts go. The pool was good and clean. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only 2 complaints are the hot tub was closed (looked like it had been for a while, there was a film on the water) and the elevator was broke almost the whole week we were there. Otherwise we will stay there again the next time we travel back to Ohio to see family in that area

From Cleveland for the Harlem Globetrotters game at Canton Civic Arena. The room and pool were perfect for the kids. Morning breakfast met our needs. Housekeeping and desk staff were exceptionally kind and very helpful.

I have stayed here several times (it's close to my family). I have ALWAYS had the best experience. This time, there was a problem with one of the beds bedding. I called the front desk, they were there within minutes to make the change. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Thank you, all, for a constant wonderful place to call "home away from home"!

My family travels a lot so I have had many hotel stays. The rooms were beautiful and big my 15 year old son walked in and told me “this is a terrific room mom” The staff was amazingly friendly when I go back to North Canton I will definitely choose this hotel.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and we always have a great experience! One downfall….I called ahead to get our rooms (my daughter and her family) close to one another. I was told the rooms would be right across the hall from each other. The gentleman said he would note it in our reservation and he even gave me the room numbers. When we checked in our rooms were on the same floor but at opposite ends of the hallway, 301 and 326 😕

Clean. Nice breakfast. Convenient to the location of the family gathering. Very nice staff.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating for children.

Friendly, helpful Front Desk & Housekeeping personnel. Comfortable beds & pillows. Larger room available for family of 5. Quiet area.
