Home2 Suites by Hilton Bismarck

Our room was bigger than expected and so perfect for my husband, MIL, and our 3 kids; 9 month old, 3yo, & our 8yo! PLENTY of room!!! The only complaints I have was our bathroom floor was not very clean at all and the one morning we actually woke up to eat breakfast, the milk was spoiled. Other than that, literally ZERO complaints and we will absolutely stay here again in the future!!!

Spacious with 4 kids. Lots of room and beds. Wotks great for us.

We always stay here when in Bismarck. It's quiet - never have we had kids running up and down hallways, and people loudly talking/slammimg does etc., during our stops here.

Friendly and was quiet with all the kids around for tournaments.

We booked this room based on the reviews. So we were disappointed when our room didn’t live up to those reviews. We got a one bedroom suite and the front desk (they were the BEST part of our stay) said we’d love it. When we got into our room, the grout in the tile floors had food in them. We pulled the pullout bed out for the kids and the sheets were on it and very dirty with food and God knows what else. I couldn’t stomach trying to figure that out. Got what we could cleaned up and I didn’t want to look into more of the room for fear it would be worse. Go to get in the shower and there were pubic hairs everywhere. The shower wasn’t cleaned. Even some of the hand towels were noticeably dirty. It was very frustrating given the amount we paid. This last issue was on us but still frustrating. I forgot tooth paste this trip and went down to see if they had any of those little packets of tooth paste that we’ve gotten at every other hotel I’ve forgotten tooth paste at but had to pay for it here. Again, that is our fault, just wish they’d have the travel stuff like StayBridge, Courtyard, even Fairfield Inn.

Nice hotel. Great for families

The front desk staff and dining area staff were so kind and helpful. Very clean and very large room. The breakfast was great and convenient. Perfect room size for small family. The pool was warm but very small. We will definitely be back.
