I used to love staying here. That was years ago! Since I heard of a bedbug breakout here, I wouldn’t stay here anymore. But I did come back, mostly for your pool. It’s great for the grandkids. But the place is so worn! Everything looks old and beat up. Sad.

I liked the hospitality of the employees. Very easy to check in. Pool is always fun. Great pool for kids. Rooms are old but overall its a good place to chill and bring kids

The place is in need of some upgrades and renovations. We stayed in a real nice Comfort Inn in Rapid City, SD, so on the way home I looked for another Comfort Inn. This one was older and not as clean. I let the front desk person know that the pool deck needed assistance to clean up some poop from a kid, but it didn’t get taken care of.

During our stay, the room was great! But when my child used the pool there were children unsupervised and made the waterslide dangerous.

Great pool area for kids but the rest leaves something to be desired. The front desk staff could not be found ANYWHERE even with calling - no answer.

You will assume it’s a nice family room until the pullout couch is broken, they don’t move the couches (the trash Under proved that), the beds you roll into the middle (so make sure you like to snuggle).

The stay was fine. The gals at the front desk Angie and the gal with beautiful copper hair were delightful and help with all my needs. Good job ladies. Disappointed that the slide was broken. Had I know that I would have stayed somewhere else. This was a family trip to play and swim. So very disappointed that wasn’t working
