Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bismarck

Everyone at the desk was great, and very accomodating to our large group with five rooms. We had a great check-in procedure and breakfast was simple and good for kids and adults.

We stayed in Bismarck with two kiddos for a child's outpatient surgical procedure. We stayed in the King bed suite with 'kitchenette' and couch. I'll start with the very few cons- we were dismayed to note the sheets on the full size pullout couch weren't changed/had gummy bears stuck to it. Had to request sheets and change myself. We also found a toenail clipping that wasn't ours unfortunately. We don't consider not having a pool a con as we didn't want one owing to the surgery. As for ALL THE POSITIVES!!-- the room was wonderful size, a pack n play also fit in the room, the beds comfortable, towels ice white and fluffy, staff friendly, courteous and professional, breakfast hot and well stocked, the kitchenette was a FULL KITCHEN with normal sized fridge and cooktop and stocked with everything but utensils. Room service also available by scanning a QR code. Checking in and out was a breeze. It also was located within a few blocks of a wonderful park with play equipment, restaurants, minutes from the hospital and just off I-94. Would stay again

Traveling solo and stayed for first time here. Checkin was great. Front desk woman was very nice and gave me all the info I needed. Room was just the right size with all the amenities needed. Room was clean. Due to the age of hotel you could still hear people talking in next room and kids running and playing in hall but after 8pm all way quiet. Bed was comfortable but a bit squeaky. Stayed 1 night and would stay here again.

The outside was terrible filthy. There was also a few people outside that appeared to be long term residents of the place that gave my family and i a very uncomfortable feeling about the safty and cleanliness of the hotel. We chose to move to a different location and agreed we would not book online again because it was very misleading.about the environment of the establishment.

Called for a refund as the room was awful, smelled terrible , damp old carpet, beds were only full size when requested Queen ,ect. Environment outside felt unsafe as I was traveling with my kids! Front desk argued with us not wanting to give refund …talked to Expedia about it …still haven’t received refund as we returned our keys and left the property

Staff makes you feel like family.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I was driving through Bismarck and needed a place to sleep for the night after driving all day. We got to the hotel at 11 pm and I wasn't expecting much for the price. It was nothing fancy but it was very clean and had updated linens and such. Carpet looks to be newer and was clean which is always gross at hotels. The halls very hot and stuffy but the room cooled down once we turned on the AC unit. I was really just looking for something clean, comfortable, and safe, and this fit the bill. Hotel was pretty quiet which is a huge plus even though it was pretty full. The outside could use some upkeep and curb appeal. Breakfast was pretty standard but the Belgium waffles were a hit with my kids. I would stay here again for sure.
