We stayed to be close to family in the community and it was very convenient. The room was spacious yet very out dated and not very clean. Stains all over the carpeting, dirty baseboards and mirrors, hot water faucet kept coming off in kitchenette, and had a musty smell. The price of this quality of room needs to drop if the owners are not going to maintain and upkeep it better. My four night stay was 652.00. I am reviewing yet I do not feel it will matter, as I have read several other reviews like mine in the past and nothing has been done, yet they keep it booked.

We didn’t stay. The room was filthy. There were stains on the carpet. The shower curtains had what seemed like blood stains. There were toothpaste and other types of stains on the faucets and sinks. There was a layer of thick dust on the bathroom counter edges. The shower faucet had weird rust, I think mold, and other spots. The list goes on…I couldn’t bear to have my family stay there. What a disgrace.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were instances where I needed access to the Internet, but for some reason the WiFi was down. However, it forced me to rest and relax without being consumed by my to-do list.

My sister lives in Beau Rivage and I was there for a wedding. I would give everything 5 stars with the exception of two things. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable and dated. You can hear every sound in the room upstairs. People walking, kids running, snoring. Unless the people above go to sleep when you do it can be horrible.

Beau Rivage was a delightful stay on my way to Charleston. My main priority for vacation is quiet and privacy. This resort well qualified. Enormous rooms with everything you need at hand. Although I was traveling alone, it would have been perfect for a small family. Huge living area with sleeper sofa.
