Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. They were training bartenders so we weren’t able to enjoy a drink while our children were sleeping. Overall good place for the price

There was stains on pull out couch, called to inform staff. Unfortunately they did not have another couch or another room to accommodate my family. Suggested bedding to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR. The lack of empathy and the suggestion to sleep on the floor is what upset me and we left. If the mattress was filthy with stains what makes you think the floor was any cleaner.

I was very disappointed with this Hotel. One of the reasons I booked with this hotel because it stated that he had a swimming pool and grill. Neither one was working. They turned us the sister hotel next door to go use the pool over there. No!!!! I don’t want to walk around to another different location with my child. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The residence inn was great! Perfect little family get away, we went to celebrate my daughters 16th bday and the set up was perfect, it was me, my husband and 4 girls and they had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a scare last night 3/24 were there was a fire and we all had to get out quickly. That went smoothly as well. Walking distance to Crabtree mall, restaurants and highway. We will definitely be visiting this place again. Trey at the front desk was amazing!!!!
