Embassy Suites Raleigh-Crabtree

We stayed here for a family vacation, visiting relatives in Raleigh for Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful! The staff were all very nice and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and the kids loved the indoor pool - the pool is small, but goes to a depth of 5'6" and was plenty big enough for our 4 kids to enjoy playing in together. The location was convenient, right across from a mall with Starbucks and easy access to the highway just a short drive from the center of Raleigh. Would definitely stay here again!

Little disappointed as this hotel didn’t live up to the other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at previously. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and only allowed for the hot water to be turned on. So little ones washing their hands had to be done at the other sink outside of the bathroom. The tub drained very very slowly. So when showering, the tub would fill. The sink would gargle when you flushed the toilet. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and also at the baseboards around the room. Bobby pins on the floor from previous guest. Housekeeping did come daily and refresh the towels and make the beds and also remove the trash. Breakfast was great. Good variety, and hot. The ladies at breakfast were kind and welcoming. Parking is free. Not at all what I expected from an Embassy Suites.

This is my second time staying at the facility and i love it. Its like a one bedroom apartment but still has the hotel feel. Great for families and it's a 10 minute walk to the mall. No complaints at all

Our room worked for our family perfectly. We went to a Canes game and it was 11 minutes to the arena.

We got to our hotel to expect to be able to go to Sleep after traveling and the bed in the room was broke we booked a suite to accommodate our family ,it took over an hr to figure it out as my toddler was already asleep after a long day so they gave us an extra room for my other kids after past 1 am they were able to go to sleep

i felt like family when i stayed at this hotel i would recommend this embassy suit to anyone. it was beautiful. the only thing i didnt like was that if you want to use wi-fi u have to pay 9.95 for 24 hours lol lol other than that i love this place very much. its right across the street from the crabtree valley mall yippe :)

The grandchildren loved the breakfast buffet. This is our families hotel of choice.
