Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

This hotel is wonderful! We were in Raleigh for a family trip and our stay was the cherry on the top to our visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable as well. From the yummy free breakfast to the free shuttle service this hotel is top notch.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn/Crabtree in Raleigh. We were visiting family in the area in mid-July 2023 and we were happy to stay here for a second consecutive year. We really enjoy this hotel. It is in a very convenient location. The hot breakfast is included and it is very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. You do have to request housekeeping services if you would like your room cleaned daily. The lobby has coffee and tea available at all times, which is a very nice perk. We were very impressed by the staff of this hotel. We really enjoyed meeting Arthur D., the Operations Manager. Arthur was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He shared a list of restaurants and offered us tips on things to do in the area. Ethan at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to another trip to Raleigh and we would not hesitate to book a stay at the Hampton Inn/Crabtree in Raleigh for our next trip. Thank you!

The staff and cleanliness of this property are excellent. The location is ideal if you're transporting on the highway or want something near to Cary/Raleigh. The Accessible Room was spacious, the daily breakfast (6-10AM) was wonderful and the pool was great (open until 10) Not great was the A/C, while 'operational' it did not pump cool air into the room and even kept shutting off, also, the wall Thermostat was not functional. This resulted in the room being very stuffy/warm/stagnant. We selected this hotel primarily because of the pool, which is quite nice if you have young children. Unfortunately the fun pool features for kids were also not working. Lastly, bring your owe wine/beer bottle opener as they have "one for the entire hotel", this was odd as when I went down to get our bottle of wine opened, the front desk opened a drawer FULL of wine-bottle openers. I'm guessing this is to prevent partiers in the hotel - for that our family is OK with! Ultimately I would stay here again, but would ask for another room if the A/C wasn't working right...

Other than a barking dog 2 rooms down and children playing in the hallway, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms and solid breakfast. Great hotel pool for toddlers. My daughter loved playing under the umbrella. I was here for work, but the fam came and visited me. Beautiful lobby. The beds were a bit too firm for me. But overall, excellent hotel

Our stay in Hampton inn was really great and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool, staff were really friendly and nice. The place and facilities were super clean 24/7. I highly recommended this place and will definitely go back for it.

Booked 2 rooms thru’Hotels.com. At check in, clerk could only locate one reservation. Friendly but were not able to help. Asked to speak to manager … gone by 3:45 on a Friday afternoon.Assistant manager also gone for the day. Hotel being run by kids, albeit pleasant.Spent 2 hours on phone before we secured a second room.

The hotel overall was pretty nice. Concessions behind the front desk are very overpriced. We stayed in a junior suite and it was disappointing they had zero USB charging ports. This is 2022 and everyone has a phone. Thankfully we brought blocks to plug our phones into but it shows the hotel has thought of everything when they have charging ports. Also, the pull-out sofa bed couldn't be slept on because you could literally feel every single spring in it. One last suggestion. I noticed several Teslas in the parking lot (including mine) but no EV charging stations. It would be a great addition to add 2 or 3 of those for your guests.

Our family absolutely enjoyed it and everything was great!

The pool area was overcrowded with middle aged men chugging beers and making sexual comments to underage girls. The manager was told and did nothing about it. This is not a family friendly hotel.
