The gentleman who checked us in was awesome. The hotel had released our room (we checked in at 9:30pm) but he came up with several different options and made it right for me and my family. I’m very impressed and grateful

Loran at the front desk was tops!!! We gave a 4 star for comfort because beds were comfortable, however, we like to sleep in colder temperatures than 68, which is as low as the controls would allow. We chose this hotel for the 1/2 way mark for our family to the Outer Banks. My 3 year old grandaughter loved the inside pool, and the location had many restaurants nearby. I always like to comment when a place was clean, and this place was super clean, which always makes me happy!

Great hotel, Receptionist to busy on cell phones not really able to assist when you are asking questions. The pool was wonderful to enjoy, beside the kids jumping from the sidelines, splashing water all over the place

We stayed 1 night with our 2 young daughters and chose this property for the convenience and the pool. The waterfall in the kids pool was not up and running. There were 8 very rambunctious kids in the pool eating pizza so we had to leave. Our girls were heartbroken. We spoke to the front desk and she instantly went in to address them. Room and bldg were clean. My only complaint would be parking and the pillows....worst in any hotel I've been in. We both woke up with neck pain. Otherwise its convenient to the mall and local events!

Me and my friend had an amazing stay. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. From all the front guest service staff (wish I would had remembered all their names)with their kindness and patience and helpfulness especially Aakif who had such a welcoming and friendly attitude. I also would like to mention Ashley with her spirited attitude and friendliness. The morning breakfast and dinner staff and bar I would like to also commend for their over all friendliness and hospitality. Please check out the lemon pepper chicken wings ooh so delicious kudos to the chefs because my breakfast and dinner was amazing. Thank you all. Will be coming back

The location is right near a lot of food, shopping and entertainment. Good value for the room and comfort. The only thing I felt was not properly detailed about the property is the indoor pool. It’s a kiddie pool only. Great for family stays with children but not for adults. I was all excited to have a pool and packed my bathing suit but when we got down to the pool it was just for kids clearly. 3’ deep with 1’ pads on rack end, one with a fountain. It was a total letdown for me. But definitely not a reason to mark down the property. I just wish they better detailed their pool amenities on their website more accurately.

Property was clean. Unique decor. The pool area is kid friendly. I was unhappy about our neighbors running screaming and jumping around at 1 am. Also, everytime they'd jump on the bed my headboard would bounce. The heat in the room was turned up but it was still cold. It said 75 but it was nowhere near 75. The room was spacious, the shower was great. The only thing that was unsettling for me was getting back late and having to park next door because the parking lot was full.
