Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley

OK property but not worth the price. Probably won't select this one again. Breakfast rate through Expedia was great - we paid $9 ( tip) for a $71 breakfast for family of four. Plan to pay $10 a night to park and another $10 for internet. It all adds up to a poor value.

It was a memorial service for a family member ! First time at the hotel it was fantastic the service, room everything was great

This property has so much potential but needs HELP! Super unaccommodating for a family, probably better for business. Run down, not clean and just overall not a great stay. I read other bad reviews but ignored them and regretted that. We also were charged $9.95 to use the internet which seems crazy in 2023. Everywhere has free wifi!

We wanted to stay nearby our son's family to spend time with our little grandchildren. The pool was perfect for little kids. It is long enough that adults can stay at one end for peace and quiet while the other end is far enough away for little kids to splash. Also has a great deck. The room was not spacious but had nice fixtures and furniture and lighting. The TV (while nice) was not connected to a guide as far as we could tell - which made it a little frustrating. But it wasn't too large of a concern. The only negatives I found was that there wasn't a microwave in each room (they do have a kitchen that runs almost the entire day/night) and that the TV didn't have a guide - no buttons on the remote worked except up/down channel and volume. But none of these were deal killers in anyway. We will definitely come back. It was a great deal and we were very happy.

The location of this hotel is awesome! It’s really close to everything. I have family in a different parts of NC and they were only 20 minutes away from this hotel. It was literally walking distance to the mall. The outside pool was fun. It definitely felt like 80 degrees like the website claimed it to be! A couple umbrellas which was nice bc shade is key! Never ate at the hotel bar or drank. The only downfall that I encountered was the bed sheets. I had a king size bed in my room and the sheets never stayed on. Overall it was a good stay!

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, nice facilities, restaurant, bar and exercise facility. Also, in a nice area and close to restaurants and the mall. I always enjoy staying at the Marriott - a treat I look forward to while visiting family in Raleigh. I plan to come again and again....
