Our stay was great! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and Jewel was so sweet to my 5 month old son! Once we got settled in our room we heard a toddler screaming and a large dog barking. We called down to see if we could get another room since we had a small child. Jewel said no problem and moved us to another area. After that our stay was peaceful! So thankful for them working with us and making our stay great!

My family and I came down and we needed a place to stay for the night. We booked late in the day and was abt 15-20 mins away when we did. The room was ready, check in took no more than 10 mins, April was amazing and so nice to talk to. Place looked clean, bed was sooooo comfy! It was just perfect for us and the breakfast, absolutely delicious. Way more options than other places. Thank you. Will definitely stay again and please thank April for the welcome.

We enjoyed a last month stay here. It was a little higher price then it’s probably worth but a lot of places were sold out. It was clean and the kids enjoyed breakfast.

I visited hotel with my basketball team. the staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel rooms and entire facility were extra clean. The free continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. I plan to visit again with my family this summer.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very nice, as well as the room and the staff were very friendly and accompodating. The breakfast bar was wonderful with lots of variety. The location of the hotel was nice. We didn't want to be right in Jacksonville and were only about 15 minutes away from all the traffic and noise. The only negative about the hotel would be that the pillows weren't very comfortable. The suite we had was very comfortable for our family.

We were there to visit with family over a major holiday. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. They keep coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea and cookies in the lobby. I nice way to warm up when you come in.
