Lighthouse Suites - Best Western Signature Collection

Hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, close to everything. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The kids loved the pool! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hotel does not clean/change sheets or towels, they do not “do beds” including making them. Trash was never removed from room. Staff also made it clear we were not priority since we booked through Expedia. Overall cleanliness, bed comfort and accuracy of booking was poor. We booked for 3 people and no cot or pull out bed was available. If it was a less busy weekend and we could find accommodations we would have left. This hotel experience definitely put a damper on our family vacation.

Very clean. Large suite with 2 queen beds and sitting area. Large walk in shower. Pool was small but the kids enjoyed it. Short walk to the beach. Paid parking lot at the beach if you’d rather drive. Nice beach beautiful water. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Publix nearby (walking distance). Breakfast was your typical hotel items but they do have fresh fruit cups which was nice. They also have a limited number of bikes and beach chairs for guest use for no charge.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with big rooms. The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast had good choices. Me and my family were there for 4th of July and they kept the breakfast out later, instead of putting it away at 9:30, so that families could sleep in and enjoy their holiday. Not on the beach but only 1 min drive or 5 min walk from the beach. We choose to drive and park in the public lot at the beach so we didn’t have to walk with all our things. The only thing I wish was different was the check in was at 2 or 3 instead of 4 and check was at 11 instead of 10.
