Candlewood Suites Jacksonville, an IHG Hotel

Room was big. Looked just like the pictures with a separate door for the room. A/C worked great. The staff was amazing always greeted our dur babies and us with a smile and wave. They were very accommodating when the 1 wk turned into 1 mth. I would definitely stay here again

The room was good and had essential amenities for long term stay. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is older and in need of renovation. It was fine for me, but I wouldn’t bring my spouse or children here. I would look for a newer hotel. Also, this hotel has no USB ports in the room and other current electronic capabilities that most hotels offer now.

I always enjoy my stay here. I hadn't stay any where else when I come to visit my kids. They love it lots of room for them to move around. Friendly staff.

I stayed here a couple of times and I come back for the space in the room. Allows my kids to have they space and me as while. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. Only hotel I stay when I'm I the area

Great customer service and clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Close to shopping plaza's.

We were ok with our room. All in all the room was clean. I wasn’t real happy about no daily housekeeping. I had to call the front desk about getting trash and requesting more towels & washcloths. I noticed some of the front desk workers being out front smoking and not attending the front desk. Also had people drinking at the pool while kids were there swimming. The worse thing we experienced was a HUGE roach in our room on the morning we were checking out. I took a photo of it once I killed it and showed the front desk worker. She said it was a roach but didn’t seem to care. That worker also had friends hanging in the lobby when sh was supposed to be working.

The price was great, the full kitchen was amazing! The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby!
