Top notch! Extremely clean, new, comfortable. A shout out to Kat & James at the front desk! For your professional, and courteous customer service. We have family close by. This will be our home away from home when visiting. There’s a small community of restaurants, whole food, ultra, dress shops, etc. even a place for kids to kick a ball around, all in walking distance right outside. Beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful rooftop pool and gym. Bar in the lobby with fireplace. Love this Hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, the cleaning service amazing, and the location is perfect for those with young children.

The staff was sooooooo nice and friendly. The hotel was also surrounded by shops and restaurants. It was close to the venue I needed to get to and the bed was super comfortable. My only advice is if you want quiet, get a room on the side of the building that doesn’t face the shops. There were some kids out there playing until 11pm and they screamed the whole time.

Located in an area with many choices for restaurants and other stores. Very friendly stall and always felt safe. We would definitely return to this Hilton. My son and his family stayed there after my recommendation and they too were quite happy with your facilities, the cleanliness for their children and the friendly staff.

Space was plenty for 2 adults and 2 children. Area around hotel provided everything needed.

Enjoyed visiting friends that live nearby. The best part of this hotel is that it is located in a great spot for walking to restaurants and stores. Great shops and so many restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. My family really enjoyed staying here and would stay again. The pool is a little small but at least it has a pool!

I chose this location due to relication and my apartment was not yet available. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the same. It is very well-lit and the extremely clean. For the most part, the staff is very friendly and professional. However, I did have an issue with an employee on the last few days of my stay. I had previously looked for a work area so that I would not be confined to my room and remembered seeing a balcony area. I took my dog for his morning walk outside and then looked for the balcony upon my return to the building. I found the balcony on the second floor and went outside to look around. I'd left the balcony and was about to go back to my room to get my laptop when I was stopped by a female employee, who told me that I was not allowed on the balcony because it was for private events only. I told her that I was not aware of this and proceeded to the elevator. She then told me that I could go to a different floor, which has the pool. I have no idea the reason (but can guess) why she proceeded to talk to me as if she was chastising a child. I told her that it was a mistake. She then told me that if my dog needed to go to the bathroom, he can go outside... Really???? What would make her think that I would take my dog on a balcony to use the bathroom? I was highly insulted by the comment and also her overall tone. The audicity to think that she had the right to speak to me that way is amazing!
