Stayed with the family for work trip and they enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was a convenient location for my job meetings.

Stopped over for a night on my way to Florida. Plenty of room. Enough beds for a whole family. Breakfast was good.

The location is convenient and room was spacious, but that’s about it for the good. At 1:30am, even with ear plugs in, i was awoken by the extremely loud heater. I turned it off and then that noise was replaced by the very loud lobby music coming from the entrance (I was in room 208 above that). Herman at the hotel desk answered my first call and said he would look into it…I called back 15 minutes later and he said that not only could he not turn the music off, he couldn’t even turn it down. He gave me the number for the manager which didn’t work. So, I called Hotels.com customer service who was even more rude & unhelpful. The supervisor hung up on me because I said ‘freakin’ ridiculous, yelling at me that I was swearing at her, that’s not a swear word! She literally could hear the music I was complaining about and says, it’s not that loud…are you kidding me?! So I was up for 3 hours in the middle of the night, not able to get hardly any sleep and checked out promptly come sun rise. Ramona at checkout who I complained to about Herman and my terrible night and let her listen to the videos of the noises said she would’ve moved my room as that was awful. She said she would let the manager know, and told me the number Herman gave me was a fax number, but a week later and still no response.

It was my first time at this location with my family, the hotel is really nice, clean, modern. Check in was last then 5 minutes, the room was huge, very clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent. I really recommend.

The hotel was great until a family reuinion showed up from then on it was not quiet or peaceful. Doors opening and closing all hours of the night. Trash in the hallway.

Great location for my family. We were only in town one night. Grandkids loved the pool and breakfast!

We drove extra time with 2 children and paid extra money to have a pool. The pool was closed. This should be on the website as an update. The staff on the front desk would not reduce our cost. The manager was not available. We were offered no compensation. They did not care.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. We have stayed here 3 times and will continue to stay here when in town visiting my college kids or just because.

Front desk staff was new and did their best to help us. Breakfast was prompt and tasty. I enjoyed the omelette and Turkey sausage. We enjoyed the pool which was Luke warm. Great location for our stay. Lots of parking. The rooms have bed and living areas with two bathrooms. A shower and sink in one and then a toilet and sink in the second. That Helped with our big family. The only bad thing was our couch in our room was super dirty. I mean dozens of stains on every cushion. It needed a deep clean of every cushion.

Best place for families, weddings parties and great meet up bar.
