This was just an overnight stop on our way home from a long vacation, but it was wonderful! We arrived later than expected and found that the pool would be closing in just a few minutes. The front desk clerk was VERY accommodating and kept it open for an extra hour so that our kids could swim! We are a family of 5 and sometimes struggle to find hotel rooms with enough sleeping space; let alone enough room to move around each other. The room we got was extremely spacious. We were all very comfortable.

When we reached it was 12:30 midnight, we booked the hotel with 2 Queen beds. But we got 1 Queen bed room. We were 4 people and when we asked the staff who was on duty, he said the room sold out. There was no option left since my kids were sleeping so had to stay. I wanted to talk to manager and the staff said he will be coming at 3pm next day where we have to leave next day morning. Wasted our money on this hotel, moreover couldnt sleep whole night.

We stayed here on our trip to Florida. Perfect for a family of 5, massive room. Two double beds and sleeper couch. Breakfast was decent, with many options, including fresh fruit and high protein options. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was very spacious, kids had the chance to play with their toys and nobody was stepping on anything. Bathroom was good and I had space to put my luggage in the closet. Staff was super nice and cleaning lady gave me extra towels so it was perfect. Breakfast on Sunday was really good Saturday it was ok.

The doors in our room were very dangerous. The entry door was very heavy and slammed shut every time it was opened. Glad we did not have children with us. Its a hand breaker. The bathl/closet door is very heavy and dangerous as well. I know that type of door is trendy now but i cant imagine you have not had many injuries from this style of door. A seat in the shower would be nice. They would not provide us a reciept on departure and have recieved nothing from expedia.

All the staff were excellent during our stay, from the reception to the maid, but I have to highlight the ladies who serve breakfast, who were excellent for my family, attentive, and the rose that was always cleaned with such care, leaving everything as if we were at home and with an incredible clean smell.
