My son had a baseball tournament this past weekend after a long hot day. We arrived at the hotel around 830 pm and we were greeted with the sweetest welcome from Star. She is absolutely a star and made our stay feel like home. She is a joy and made sure that everyone not just my family had what they needed and more. We travel a lot but we dont run into a lot of people like Star. Thank you Star for allowing me to "grocery shop" (inside joke) for the things we needed. Our overall stay was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again Star!

When we arrived our confirmation had not came through but Angela at the front desk told me to go ahead and take my grandchild to the pool and she would let me know when it came through it wasn’t 5 min and we where all set to a great updated room with tv and air and comfy beds

the room was fine i just didn't like being on the first due to kids running back and forth above me. I'll know not to do get room on the first floor ..

So accommodating, which was well needed, during our unexpected stay. Comfortable clean room. Always use this hotel as my home away from home while visiting family.
