Hampton Inn Morehead City

This place located right on the bank of the picturesque Bogue Sound lagoon is an undiscovered gem: great facilities, clean rooms, friendly and helpfup staff, and hearty breakfasts included. Highly recommend for families with kids and travellers with pets.

This was my first trip to the east coast - My daughter lives in Raleigh - We had a wonderful trip with the family - Very Clean and the breakfast was excellent.

The staffs are very friendly and my family and I enjoyed staying there for our holidays. Since there is no kettle in the room and I have to depend on the hot water at the lobby to make formula milk for my baby, I wished they could provide coffee-smelled free hot water there.

My family stayed at the Hampton Inn for 2 nights in Sept 2013. We have 3 young children and we stayed in the King Suite with 1 King Size bed and a Sofa bed. It suited our needs very well. The room was great and very clean. Bedding was comfortable. I loved that the space for the King bed was separated from the rest of the room....gave us some privacy. We did find a big roach in the bathroom, but just one, and just one time.... Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The eating area was large enough to accommodate everyone, and the staff was extremely good at keeping everything stocked. My only complaint is that the shower water was TERRIBLE!!! It smelled like chlorine, and made my hair feel super waxy. It was awful! No matter what I did my hair was stringy and gross. The first thing I did when I got home was take a shower and wash my hair out. Other than the water, everything was great.
