A very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place to visit family in the area. The hotel was immaculate, rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. I would return if in the area again

This was a great experience and wonderful hotel. The staff are professional and extremely friendly. All questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The room was clean and the cleaning crew was wonderful. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to family and friends!!

My family and I took a spur of the moment trip to Charlotte and decided to stay overnight. The property's appearance was welcoming and very modern. The rooms were spacious which was perfect since we had our one-year-old's playpen with us for him to sleep in. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast options were top-notch and grately appreciated since my family is vegan/vegetarian. They even used le creuset cookware which, if you know you know! Would definitely start here again! Oh and the price was perfect!

The stay was ultimately fine for our needs. When we arrived, we were given keys to a room that already had people in it.. when we went back downstairs, we were told they were sold out for the night and that they would need to put us in a handicap accessible room. This was fine for us other than there was no tub for my toddler to bathe in in this room type. This room was extremely spacious and clean and we were ultimately happy with our stay.

Our stay here was great! The room was large and clean! The breakfast was perfect for my 3 children. They had hot options and a lot of cold options. The staff was literally the BEST part! Everyone was so nice and kind! We had to extend our stay at the last minute and they were so accommodating! Definitely will stay again!
