We were greeted with "Welcome Home" when we came to check in, and all staff that we encountered thereafter, treated us as such........like family, just coming home. We have never been treated this way in any hotel, ever. It was very heartwarming!!

Lovely room, quiet, extremely comfortable bed, so we slept like babies! Front staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole property was very clean and nice.

The woman at the front desk that checked us in was wonderful!! So sweet and helpful. Their system was down and she went the extra mile to make sure we got into rooms quickly. We came with another family- BOTH bath tubs were covered in mud or something? Unsure what it was but it was definitely not even wiped down between guests. Other than that it’s a great place. We got here at midnight and left at 8 am. Just a resting point on a long drive- so luckily we did not have to switch rooms over the bath tub

Front desk guy was nice. Room was outdated. Very thin walls. Could hear everything: TV next door, kids running down hall, etc... The AC unit was unusable. None of the controls worked so we had to just hope it didnt get too hot or cold. Would not stay here again.

Wait at check in was long. They overbooked and did not provide the room type I had reserved but instead downgraded me. I was traveling with my children and having the smaller beds was not preferred. They also did not mention they were putting me in a different room than I reserved, but I discovered it when I got to the room. One elevator was out of service so wait times to use elevator was long.

Great for my family one week stay. Fast foods and restaurants are walking distance. Shopping within a mile radius. Easy access to freeway.

Hotel was accommodating a large family reunion at the same time we stayed. The hotel seemed full however check in was quick and no increase in noise even at night coming in late from a concert. For the price and being just outside downtown it was perfect.
