The customer service was great, my family and I were in town for a family vacation and we enjoyed this hotel.

My wife and I came for a one night stay. We weren’t able to check in early but it took 30 mins after check in time for us to get checked in. We have 2 toddlers who were getting very tired because it was their nap time. Room was clean. There is no conditioner provided only shampoo and showel gel. My key card did not work when I was outside by the pool area. Luckily, my wife was inside the indoor pool to let me back in. Breakfast was good. Easy check out.

Area around the hotel was nice, and safe. Staff were friendly and the lobby was nice. Rooms need gutting. (Our family had 3 rooms). A/c units are very loud, sometimes high pitched, making it difficult to sleep. The walls have very little insulation, you can hear every tap and noise in rooms next to yours. Bedding needs to be completely replaced, it’s poor quality and just worn out. Restroom…door was either cut wrong or the floor was not level, door kept getting stuck on the floor. There was a poorly patched hole in the shower wall. In another room we had, the whole threshold between room and restroom came loose. In a third room, water leaked from under sink badly. Restrooms are extremely small, you can barely get in there and shut the door. Rooms and restrooms could be cleaned better as well.

The staff was amazing and the hotel stay was great. My only criticism is the daily breakfast. The waffles were inedible and the sandwiches under the heat lamp were hard everyday. This hotel was so good to my family, but they really need to do something better about the breakfast.

We’ve stayed in the same hotel about a year ago but I’m winter, and did not have any complaints. This time around, it was hot out and the AC was horribly loud!!! It felt like a jet was landing every time it was coming on. I could barely sleep the first night because of that. We have 3 kids and needless to say they had a hard time sleeping. The system definitely needs upgrading. The couch in our room was all scratched up, like a cat went at it. A chair at the desk was missing. The free breakfast was disgusting and dried up. The second morning we didn’t even bother with it. In the shower, the complimentary shampoo dispenser was broken and empty. The one for the body wash barely hanging. Ive always picked Homes2suites wherever we go, never had any issues, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll pick this hotel anymore. I don’t even understand the reviews. It was ok, at best, and I’m not a picky person. Good location if you need to stay on this side of town.

The swimming pool was not working and the kids really wanted to spend time in the pool. I booked this hotel because of the pool. The AC was making huge noise all thru the night. They were reluctant to change the room as we had already stayed in the room for 1 hr and said other room AC might also make noise.
