We got there and there were NO rooms available and NO ONE would work with us and we have zero clue if there is a refund available!!! Ruined our trip - Hilton is forever off of our list!!! Still no answers from anyone- zero care for our paid reservation- zero care for our family trip! Awful

We had a great time during our stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was graceful under pressure (you had six family reunions and a rock concert going on). It has a great and convenient location.

This was the perfect get away for me and my husband. We walked plenty of food options great views serene environment shopping and restaurants. I would definitely go back. College kids were not in school at this time

Great Location and easy to access to property! Parking is little complicated. Hotel condition is good and clean. My family enjoy to stay at this hotel.

This was my family's first time staying at the Hilton for a family vacation, and it turned out to be our worst experience yet. The hotel itself was dingy and lacked a sense of cleanliness. The bathroom was uncomfortably small, making it difficult for our family to move around freely. To add to our disappointment, there was no complimentary water provided in the room. However, the most disappointing aspect was the absence of regular housekeeping services, which were only available upon request at the front desk each day. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort left us thoroughly dissatisfied. Considering our overall experience, I can confidently say that I will never choose to stay at a Hilton hotel again.

The room and property itself was clean, semi-updated. Rust stains in the bathtub were concerning. A massive 12 story hotel had only 4 luggage carts for the entire hotel, no valet service, EV parking was not clearly marked so non-EV cars took up the 2 spots available, and this hotel allows it’s guests to smoke marijuana by the poolside with children present. Will not be back.
