The staff was exceptionally friendly and this was probably the neatest, cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was a short walk to some exceptional things to do with kids. Four stars because the rooftop pool was a joke. It was the size of a small above ground pool and polar bear club cold. The online pictures are extremely misleading. The breakfast was also lack-luster for this type of hotel. I’ve had much better breakfasts at much cheaper hotels. I want to reiterate, however, that the staff was lovely and the whole place felt very clean, safe, and quiet.

I've stayed at many hotels, but this one was different. It was quiet during sleeping hours, which was amazing! Breakfast was good, and there were various food options every other day. The staff was polite and professional. It's also within walking distance from the basketball stadium. My family and I would stay here again!

Our biggest concern was the safety of the hotel. We were approached multiple times by people (assumably homeless) standing and pacing directly outside the entry doors of the hotel. On the far side of the hotel, near the dining area, there were times such people entered the building with no monitoring. This is a huge deciding factor on utilizing the facility again, especially if we were to bring our children next time.

I was here for a convention at the convention center. It was very convenient and close to the convention center. I would have given the highest rating for everything. My only complaint is that where the bed was located in the room we were in was right next to the bathroom area that had no door. So the bright light Awakened my husband while I was getting ready. There was a door to the toilet and shower but not the sink and mirror area. The pool is WAY to small. Pics online are misleading.. no more than a few people can really be in it at once and every time we went down to try and use it there was at least 3 to 4 people in it or a family so we chose not to use it

The overwhelming stench of weed in the elevators, halls and outside the front door was ridiculous. We stayed 6 days and only got in the elevator 3 times that did not reek of weed. DO NOT use for a family. Room (suite) was roomy, bathroom and shower floor were not clean, chair in living area had dog/cat hair all over it. Every worker, desk and valet, were polite and helpful.

We stayed there with our two grand kids and the property was great. No problems. However, the parking situation was horrendous and a rippoff. There was a valet service offered to park the car in the attached garage for $35, but there was no option to just park it myself. There was a line there all the time, and it occured to me that it was not any value at all; I could have parked myself and walked with no frustration. I finally just parked across the street for $30, not to save the $5 but just to do it easily. Otherwise, it was a good property and great staff and we had a ball.

The hotel staff was friendly! For the price the hotel needs updating in the rooms. No smart tv’s and we had a toddler, no Disney Jr. We were given 2 towels I guess for 1 night. The convenience of location was a plus we walked to Spectrum Center.
