Amazing amazing. Royalty treatment from check in to checkout. My daughter 15 birthday was amazing. Need a button for more than five stars. This is a community they treat all their guest like family. They went over and beyond and I have no complaints. Thanks to all the staff here. My family appreciate you all. Have a wonderful and Blessed year.

The staff was exceptionally patient and helpful with checking in and adjusting minor needs for my young family! Great restaurant recommendations and tips, the space is what I expected (which is great) but the people made the difference for us!

My husband, I and our two teenagers love it there. We were there for a quick visit but we will definitely come back for a family vacation. Very family oriented. A big thank you to the stuff.

The Embassy Suites never disappoints. It’s clean, spacious, has a happy hour and a plentiful breakfast. The kids are joy the heated pool! The location is great.

The staff was fantastic, but I would not visit this location again. Upon entering the room, we had a tripped outlet (microwave and fridge) and the outlet in the bathroom was melted (yikes!). There was also a dirty tissue under the pull out sofa. There was a loud rattling noise that happened, I kid you not, every 10 minutes - lasted a few seconds and went off for the duration of our stay. We were on the second floor and had to walk through a formal events cocktail hour to get to our room (super awkward - it was in an open area in the middle of the hallway). The pools tile was all chipped and absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend and will def never stay at this hotel again.

We had an amazing time in Charlotte and our stay at Embassy suites topped it off. The location was great, the hotel and room were clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. I would definitely book with them again and refer to all family and friends.

Ann with food services was so kind and generous. She spoke with us every morning at breakfast and made sure we were happy with our food. The gentlemen at valet parking were very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. As well as stay here again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Room slept 6 as advertised, but was not well designed for the amount of sq ft. When pull-out couch was open it was difficult to maneuver around as it took up most of living room space, leaving 6-10 inches between other furniture and walls. Only supplied 3 bath towels, did not refill toiletries, room also overlooked garbage dumpsters and valet parking area. Staff moved dumpsters at various times between 10:00pm and midnight making sounds similar to loud thunder and waking the kids. Last breakfast consistently began to close 15-20 minutes before advertised times. Staff working breakfast were courteous and helpful.

For the rates that Embassy charges I expected so much more from them. We traveled there this weekend for a convention my son signed up for and the fact that I had not been to Charlotte in nearly 10 years I looked forward to the trip. I am pretty much a hotel snob -- I just love a good stay but baby this is something I never had to deal with; All I can say is I was floored by the unprofessional people that we came across there and their lack of hospitality-- one lady was just outright rude (Linda).. I want to thank Sybrina she was cheerful, professional and smart and was able to make the adjustments needed for us to complete our stay but I must say my party and I would agree that we would not stay there ever again.
