Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Pineville

Everything was good except the last night there were a large group of kids that were screaming and yelling till after 11pm. Tge only issue with room was the a/c was a bit noisy and needed replacement. Everything else was great

We enjoyed the stay very much and we will recommend it to friends and family

The property provided a convenient location for us as we were playing less than two miles away for soccer tournament. I didn't like the slight sewer smell that was coming from the drain in our bathroom. There was a sewer smell outside the property as well, so it might have been a city sewer smell as well. Also, the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were clumps of hair in the sheets (different hair color than my family's), and there were crumbs in the carpet.

Always a pleasure staying here! This trip was the first we ate breakfast before leaving. What a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh waffles and a variety of usual "cold" items like cereal, muffins, toast, etc. The suite we booked was perfect for our family of four. Tons of room for the kids to move around after a long travel trip in the sitting area of the room. Then a spacious pullout bed when it was time for winding down for the night. Beds were comfortable and made for a restful evening to prepare for the second half of our trip! Front desk staff is always so welcoming when we arrive in the evening!

My family’s stay was a great experience. Staff was fantastic, hotel was spotless including our room. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of breakfast choices. I would recommend for anyone to stay there.

Very clean! This is a newer motel and very nice. Breakfast has a decent variety and the staff kept putting out fresh food. All service people were helpful and friendly. We would definitely suggest this motel to family and friends. We will be back.

Travelled as part of a medium-sized high school sports team. Beautiful property where we felt safe to let the kids buddy up and explore. Lots of things to do near by within walking distance, even more just a short drive away. Amenities were top notch, and even though the pool was closed for the season, the fitness room more than made up for it. The area itself (Pineville) was clean, quiet, and absolutely gorgeous. The traffic right near the hotel was minimal, allowing for a restful night's sleep and peace of mind. Staff were more than accommodating, providing the group with supplies that ran short and showing patience with a group of voracious track-running teenagers! The breakfast service was top-flight; clean, healthy, and tasty selections with variations each day. This place is fantastic!

This hotel was fabulous! We were just in town with kids for the night after a day at Carowinds, but I have no complaints. Super clean room and lobby, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was great! Definitely would stay here again next time we are in the Charlotte area.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it is very good. Only issue on this stay is that we booked two rooms, we checked in earlier and our sons were traveling from out of state for a family celebration dinner. At 7.30 at night during dinner the hotel called to cxld our sons room as they’d oversold even though I had booked it a week before and had paid in full and the res was confirmed. They told ME to call hotels.com and I was on hold so long I was missing dinner and the reservation dept never picked up. It caused us a lot of stress and our sons ended up sleeping on the floor at a family members house. We were very unhappy about what happened even though we got a refund on their room. The hotel is very good and the service is good but this situation was unfair and should never have happened. We didn’t even bother with breakfast as there was a huge kids baseball team with parents that took over the whole lobby so there would be no chance of a seat or probably food. I would stay again as it’s a really nice hotel close to restaurants and stores, this was just a bad situation that spoiled our weekend.

Could not fault the hotel at all it was beautifully decorated super clean the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the room and bathroom were a nice size everything we needed. Didn’t have breakfast as we were meeting family but it’ll be our go to hotel now when we visit family. Highly recommend
