Element Asheville Downtown

We LOVED this hotel! I had somewhat low expectations because of the exceptional price, but this place hit all the marks for my family. Every single employee we encountered was friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy. Parking was easy and, while not free, was quite cheap. The room had an excellent setup (including a medium-sized fridge, stovetop and microwave with pots and pans, plus dishes and flatware and even a dishwasher) and was very clean upon check-in. Free breakfast provided several options and was in a large, open space with lots of tables and couches to sit at. The beds were REALLY comfortable, and there's a large top-floor patio with a view of the mountains and city that we spent a fair amount of time on because we all enjoyed it. Location was good as well (although Asheville is small, so it'd be tough for anything to be too far out of the way). Any time we come back to Asheville, this is where we'll stay.

Excellent property. Room was great for our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Asheville.

My family of 6 stayed in 3 hotel king size bedrooms. Very clean and equipped with a kitchenette. Afternoon weekdays happy hours with the family was fun and plenty of space. The continental breakfast was a grade up from other places I’ve stayed in the past. I would definitely stay again. The only drawback, it’s not really downtown, more like the outskirts of downtown.

We loved the bright, fresh sitting areas. Breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the coffee machine was a wonderful perk. The pool and gym were well maintained, and the kids loved the cheese, bread and olives that were out each day when we returned from hiking. I appreciated the glass of wine! Front desk staff were amazing when my son hit his head and I needed help driving to the ER. They even checked in on my other children while we got the little one taken care of. The location was perfect for our trip as well.
