Homewood Suites by Hilton - Asheville

For this to be in the Hilton family. Some things just didn’t add up. The gym is horrible. The smell inside of it was worse than a middle school gym. It felt unclean at best. I tried to go down both days but couldn’t stay in the room. They definitely did not like that I used Hotels.com to book. They made that clear checking in. She referenced it 4x like I had the plague. The room is fine. Nothing fancy, not overly clean. I was disappointed overall. I would stay elsewhere moving forward in 24. I come to Asheville every other month for work. They are better options for sure.

We spent a week at this Homewood Suites during Thanksgiving. The place was relatively full for the holiday weekend, but service and attitude of staff were still EXCELLENT. The room was cleaned every other day per their policy. They had a nice reception on Wednesday featuring a light dinner of soup and salad and a free glass of wine or beer. Staff were always eager to help us. The free breakfast was also nice. Talisa, Karen, Leda, and Blanca made us feel like family. We will DEFINITELY stay there again.

I stayed here almost a year ago. Clean, great room layout for families, and helpful staff. Indoor pool is great for kids as well. You can walk to a restaurant but it’s not a very walkable area in general, but good location with a car.

Convenient location, nice hotel, indoor pool and hot tub, pet friendly, great for families.

Best hotel I've been to in a long time. It was super clean, beds were comfy, the suite was spacious enough for my husband and our three kids. Lots of pillows in the room. It didn't feel muggy like the last hotel we were at. The shower was clean and felt amazing after a long day of travel. In the morning, they had plenty of breakfast options. The worker- seeing our hands were full helped my 7 year old get his stuff all together & the manager was even out in the dining area talking to the guests.

I left my pillow in the room and the staff contacted me and went to get my pillow before we even exited the parking lot. That's the first time that's ever happened to me, where the staff showed that much concern. The room was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of five to sit and relax. Breakfast had plenty of options and the food was tasty.

The property was nice and clean, staff was friendly. It would have been nice if we had known before driving 12 hours and checking in that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were all out of service. We booked this location because we wanted to use the indoor pool and hot tub with the kids but we’re unable to and it was too late to book another location because of their cancellation policy.

The best service I’ve received at a hotel in years, from every staff member we encountered. Clean, conveniently located, and my kid loved the pool. The 1 bedroom suite is a great layout for a family with young kids. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Homewood Suites Asheville. The employees took wonderful care of our two children, even providing them with complimentary Homewood Suites rubber duckies and children's books about the Homewood Suites ducks. Breakfast was included with our stay and we were impressed by the quality and available options. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spotless. We can't wait to visit again!
