The Windsor Boutique Hotel

My husband and our 2 children stood at The Windsor and it exceeded our expectations! The location is right in the heart of Downtown Asheville which made it very easy to walk around. The hotel is vibey and their customer service was great.

I loved this hotel - what a surprising treat! I miss visiting favorite Paris boutique hotels, and The Windsor gave me a bit of that joy back, starting with the very polished gentleman greeting us for a covid-safe check-in upon our arrival. The furnishings are tasteful and fun, the king suite was enormous: the bed and linens were super comfortable; and the kitchenette was well-supplied, with dishes, a full size refrigerator, stove, and local coffee. It even has a washer and dryer in the suite. The sleeper sofa is best left to small children who won’t mind the bar under the shoulders, although it is a lovely couch for sitting and enjoying the space. The building is old and charming, perfectly located to walk to the pastry shop, chocolate shop, and many excellent restaurants. I’ll be back!!

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay and will go back. Perfect location, nice and convenient. No negatives especially if its your first trip to Asheville. Its a unique boutique in a unique town. Great restaurants and shopping is easily in walking distance. Would highly recommend.
