Oh, what positive can’t I give about this hotel? The room was large and quiet, in an intimate setting with high end finishes. I’ve stayed in many Four Seasons, and this hotel was on par with them. The location can’t be beat; the robe was soft and made of fluffy material; the restaurant was incredible; the morning and afternoon treats for guests were a wonderful and decadent surprise; the staff was lovely and so kind to our kids. We’ve stayed in several hotels in Asheville and will only return to this one. Thank you for a great trip!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Not only was the location perfect—right in the center of downtown Asheville—but the rooms were also spacious and comfortable and very clean. The lobby area was nicely maintained and the staff were all very friendly, from the front desk to the valet. Valet was $32/day which was reasonable as the other garages around are $20 for a few hours! And street parking is tough, so the charge was well worth it. The complimentary morning coffee wasn’t an afterthought—it was locally roasted Dynamite coffee and La Colombo cold brew with several kinds of fresh milk and cream. This was a really nice tough in my opinion! I also really love that there is a filtered water tap on every floor as well as pre-bagged ice so you can have cold water for free anytime you want it. We ate at the lobby bar one night with a tired kiddo and the food was excellent, service was friendly, and drinks were great. All in all, especially for the price, this would be my pick for a hotel in Asheville every time.

Recent 3 day stay with multiple family members. Facility was very new and clean. Great service overall. Very dog friendly (dogs were everywhere). Lounge bar was OK ( no TVs though so could not watch NFL playoffs there). Valet parking service was quite good. Good downtown location.

I must say, for the price of our stay - we were disappointed as a family. The majority of the staff were not very engaging or warm (which was sad since it was over the holiday weekend). Now the few that were - were great - and I wish I had their names to recognize them for being great! However, our room’s heat was hit or miss and then a water pipe broke causing more issues. While that couldn’t have been prevented, I would have like the staff to be more thoughtful especially at check out. When we left, the woman at the front desk barely made I contact and the gentleman at valet just watched me and my daughter try and get our luggage out the daughter. Very disappointing.

My husband and I stayed here for only one night so we could pick up our kids from camp bright and early. I wish we had had more time to spend in Asheville and at this hotel. It was really nice. Super friendly service all around. We stayed in a Mountain View King Suite, and it was beautiful. We ordered room service, and it showed up amazingly fast- fries were even still hot! We were a bit surprised that there was only valet parking. Valet parking was great, but after an 8 hour drive, we needed a bit of time to organize our stuff out of the car before checking in. Would love to stay here again!

Very nice stay. Hotel was clean, modern and in the middle of everything! The staff was great and gave wonderful recommendations on dining and family entertainment. We really enjoyed our visit. Nothing like coming back to a place you are comfortable with after a busy day out.
