We were very disappointed to find out AFTER our check in that the pool was unavailable and under construction as there was absolutely NO indication of this on their emails to us prior to check in, their website, or signage around the property. We chose this location due to its proximity to friends and family we were visiting and having easy access to a pool our kids could enjoy when we weren't with our relatives. VERY disappointed that the staff did not inform us of this prior to check-in and when we asked if there could be anything done about it (as in receiving a discount or checking out a day early), they said they could not since we had already checked in for our stay. Even after we noted all the signage in the hotel said the pool was currently open, staff did nothing to correct it. Very disappointed in this experience.

We reserve for oir family of 4, everything nice, clean staff A-1, I just didnt like that for a bottle water the charge $6 at the end of the day.

I like the hotel location and the room size. I did not like the design of the room. There is no decoration, no color, and only bare and cheap furniture so it could be replaced easily when damaged by guests and their children. There isn't even counter space for our toiletry in the bathroom. The breakfast is as cold as the room. This is my first time in Marriott Residence, very disappointing.

Enjoyed my stay my grandkids loved it the outside pool was nice I also enjoyed the laundry facility and the good customer service

The location is great for easy access to NYC by road or train. Our room was clean and looked updated too. Breakfast on the 10th floor was a highlight for the kids too.
