Hilton Garden Inn Westchester Dobbs Ferry, NY

They promote a indoor pool witch is what I wanted for my family multiple emails and text messages sent to me about checking in no one bothered to say the pool was out of service not even upon check in I'm very disappointed and so were my children

Cons: Staff at check in was on their cell phone, took a minute before they looked up to help me. My 2nd key card didn’t work. Should have included breakfast like other hotels at this price, not $25 per person. For four people, there was only 3 bath towels upon our late check in. Pros: nice big end of hall and corner room for my family

We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for our kids. It was only after arrival that we were told that it was closed for renovation.

Great, clean, and safe location. Service was outstanding by front desk host Sierra, she was always helpful with recommendations. Our bartender Zach was also super knowledgeable about drinks, and made delicious cocktails. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends & families. I plan on returning soon!

The hotel was occupied by Little League baseball players who were out of control. The hotel staff was unable to keep the children quiet and they were yelling and running up the hallways every evening, even after 11:00 pm. The hotel staff was contacted by us alone on 3 occasions and we were given the excuse that they were trying to get the parents to watch their kids, but were unable to do so. Very disturbing to all the other hotel guests

We needed to stay near a weekend family event. Hotel was located very close to the venues. Also having a hotel in the heart of a mini shopping center was very convenient. Hotel room and all facilities were clean. Staff was friendly.

Great hotel stayed one night with my family and two young children my boys loved the pool the bartender Kevin was amazing what a great guy the food at the restaurant was also good

It's clean and nicely appointed. I aaked for a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine and got the room directly across the laundry ice machine and elevator. It's located in a strip mall, which was weird. While there are restaurants near by, it had a creepy feel at night becauae everything was closed around it. It's the only hotelin Dobbs Ferry so if your kid is going to college there, it's slim pickings. They don't seem to know about the college either, which was odd. The hotel staff had no suggestions about where to go except for the two restaurants in the steip mall. There is a small restaurantninside and a little store to buy convenience food. That was a godsend. They tried to charge me over $100 more thab my expedia charge so review your bill. A late check out cost me $50 when our plane was delayed. The young man at the desk late at night was the most helpful. We arrived very late and he was very welcoming. Rooms were very clean, beds confy, and spacious. View of the buildings in the stripmall.
