Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers - Westchester

This was my second time lodging here; it was great both times. No complaints! It is close to local restaurants, gas stations, and other retail stores. If the need arises, you can walk to a nearby convenience store, although the hotel lobby houses snacks/treats, etc. for hotel guests. The staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. For instance, there was no more hot water in the beverages’ station. The kind and thoughtful gentleman behind the desk went to the kitchen (??), and brought back a hot cup of water for me. I had just come in from a family gathering and wanted a hot cup of tea to sip on before bed. Thank you to the gentleman (I did not get his name…sorry!) who made sure I was satisfied as a guest! The breakfast is typical of Hampton Inn; I was pleased! Parking can be a pain at times. It is hard to get a close by parking spot in the late evening, and the spaces are very narrow. Many dents can occur because of the tight parking spaces. We felt safe at this location. The neighborhood is in a nice area. This will be our go-to hotel when in the area.

The room was very clean the front desk staff was very nice an friendly yes definitely will recommend it to my friends and family loved it usually we stay at the one in Woodbridge New Jersey love that one too feel safe an the staff friendly

i love the fact that my family and i spend only one night there and it was amazing my kids love it and so do I. The friendly staff and their cleaning was on point , i asked for an extra blanket and i recieved extra towels thank you very much for your services .

The stay was fine. Anytime my family and I are away from home we normally stay at your hotel. The room was clean except for one chair that was covered in stains and look dirty. I had a very unpleasant experience when my 4 year old son and I went to the pool there were no towels. The lady at the front desk told us she would bring some towels in. We were in the pool for about 30 minutes. When we came out of the pool there were still no towels. My son and I stood for 10 minutes freezing. Needless to say I was very upset. We went back to our room dripping wet. I was deeply concerned with the large poodles of water we were leaving all over the place, I didn’t want anyone falling. I have always stayed at your hotel but because of this experience I will be looking at other options on our next trip.

This place is great for those traveling with their families/small children. The staff were courteous, helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast!

Visited New York to see my daughter and grandchildren. Service was good, except for cleaning the rooms; I was not aware or informed that I had to ask for room service - seemingly staffing issue. I was expecting some level of VIP services - bottle water, snacks, etc - , based on my loyalty to Hotel.com. Breakfast was ok, otherwise I love the location, close to Bronx, etc.

This hotel is very clean, quiet for a family friendly vacation. We requested to have the room cleaned and trash taken out when we were stepping out but we came back in the evening without the room cleaned and trash still sitting in the room. Let me not forget about the wonderful breakfast.

Pleasant stay in Yonkers. We went to the hotel to be close to family. The hotel was very pleasant and clean. The breakfast options were good. The only complain is that the shower curtain was kind of short.

Check-in was fast, we went on a family trip. Breakfast is good, but limited seating spaces. There was a broken pipe during our last night's stay and we had to evacuate, but the fire department arrived and solve it fast for us to go back safely inside. Would recommend it for family trips.

Staff is exceptional! The hotel was immaculate and very accommodating to our family and fur-baby!! Highly recommend!
