Myself and my family had an excellent time staying at this hotel. And we'll stay there again. The only problem was housekeeping they claim. Every other day

I like the location and the lobby was decorated beautiful our room was comfortable. I didnt like our tv only worked on the first night. They stated there was an issue with the tvs. Meanwhile the 3 tvs in the lobby worked fine. I was travelling with 2 children as well. I didnt like they held $60 even though I paid in full and expedia told me they would'nt hold any additional money. Im still waiting for it to be released. It's been over 10 days already.

Not a good experience, When me and my family entered the room we realized that the carpet is very wet the room had a bad odor , we had to move to another room ,when we turned the ac on it smell like urine. When we checked out the front desk lady had zero customer service skills very rude, not friendly no smile.

Enjoyed my stay over the 4th of July weekend, while visiting family to see the new addition. The is an Excellent hotel, in a great location, with restaurants and near by 24 hour grocery store in walking distance. Brand New and a Great Staff!!

Single middle-aged female with two children looking for a safe, clean, hotel near the Bronx Zoo- not in city due to the long day at the zoo. Getting to hotel went through a tad of a sketchy area, but felt more than safe in hotel area. Brand new hotel with eatery (Applebee's) in hotel concourse Clean room. Friendly staff. Free parking in safe lot directly adjacent to the hotel entrance was a plus. In Manhattan would have had to pay for parking and off-site most likely.
