This place is beautiful but I found several baby roaches in the bathroom draw kitchen floor and one above our bed. We are both currently sick with a stomach bug.

I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool and I would be able to keep my kids entertained during our down times. The pool was not open and this was not advertised prior to booking. It was a major inconvenience because there are other hotels in the area that are cheaper without pools that I could have chosen to stay at instead. The front desk staff was very nice, I felt bad that they have to constantly explain the situation when corporate should have done a better job at letting booking guests know in advance.

I was rather surprized to find such an excellent hotel at such a price in New York area, a suite with all amenities one can think of when one travels with kids. The hotel appears to be newly built or renowated, its clean and tidy, the staff were more than friendly and courteous. I would recommend to this hotel to every one with out any reservations.
