I enjoyed my stay except the last night i went to my car and a guest pushed my child. I am not the one to flip but the whole staff witness me screaming and yelling and not one person asked what happened or if i was ok. I don’t know if it’s because the guest were white and I’m not but no one checked said anything

It’s not the best part of town and there’s no parking for the hotel. Had to drive around for almost 15 minutes to find a spot, to then walk with luggage and a sleeping toddler to hotel. The floors were dirty, even on the elevator. The tub stopper didn’t work and with a toddler you need a tub I tried putting a wash cloth over the drain, only to discover that the tub only looked clean. The washcloth was filthy when I picked it up to ring the water out. Not worth $340 for a night. Never again.

Property was nice but no parking when coming in at 9pm, many families out and about chilling smoking hanging out in the parking lot. Strong weed smell in the hallway and even into the room I felt like I got high and went to sleep!

I am very unhappy with my stay at this location. First, I was in room 213 with no hot water. Finally, asked for another room because we couldn’t take a hot shower before a graduation party. Then we were placed into Room 313 where the faucet was broken. There were kids running up and down the halll constantly. The overall staff was honestly rude. When I checked out, I asked front staff where do I leave my house key and she responded, “right there” and walked away.

Upon entering my room the smell of mildew was extremely strong and my bathroom had a strong old urine smell. There were children next door beating on the walls and screaming and crying in the hallway outside of my room.
