SpringHill Suites by Marriott Woodbridge

We had picked this hotel due to the distance it was to our home as my wife and I were having a night out while the grandparents watched the kids. Unfortunately the banquet hall behind the hotel was having an event that was blasting music until 2am. We called the front desk at midnight complaining about the noise to which the front desk responded saying that they had received many complaints and that the cops were called. An hour went by and the music persisted to which we called again with the front desk having the same response and that we should call the manager on Monday to receive compensation. When we called on Monday the manager was very rude and stated he could not do anything because it was not his business. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone on the weekend because the windows are not sound proof and the management does not intend to do anything about the banquet hall next door and how late their events are running.

This hotel is exceptional! Clean, lots of room and perfect. for families!

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great for families. Walk in closet was an added bonus.

8-27-23 I was in New Jersey for a family event and had some business to do there the next day. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area often and have to say the Marriott SpringHill Suites has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in by far. Especially for the price. The hotel is clean and easy to find. The room and bed comfortable and very much like a suite. The TV is very big and the bathroom looked brand new. The one issue though was the night I went the Hotel’s internet was down. Making it impossible to get a key. And hard for the folks at the front desk to access info and get people to their rooms. And visitors would not be able to access the internet. Which you would think would cause some grumbling. But Kayleigh and Nick at the front desk did an outstanding job. They sincerely apologized for the problem and checked people in somehow. Kayleigh with the master key escorted everyone to their rooms. And we’re super helpful and informative with people’s options. They were there the whole night. Best part for me was my IPad somehow worked to get me through my draft for my fantasy football league lol. There’s no doubt this will be my go to place from now on.

The property was excellent. The staff was polite and personable. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds each but the hotel ended up giving us 3 rooms with king bed each. They said since the booking was made via 3rd party Expedia the hotel didn’t have to honor the booking commitment. The hotel wanted us to pay more more to take another room. Having families with kids staying in a room it became a terrible experience overall for 2 nights.

Great hotel. My room deadbolt lock is not working. AC is not cooling enough in my room in summer time. Other than that this is the hotel to stay with family. I highly recommend.

Stayed over one night on our way back home. The hotel was good except for a loud hockey Group. The front desk clerk tried to talk to them to quiet them down but it didn't work. The kids were running up and down the hall being loud. It wasn't the hotel's fault.

The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was conveniently located to my New Jersey and New York family. My only complaint is that we received no maid service for our two night stay.
