It’s a basic average place to stay on a budget, that’s it. I didn’t expect anything more than a budget stay for our family trip to NY/NJ. It’s a small decent size room with a kitchenette, microwave, tv, fridge, queen bed, and a soda bed. There were sufficient bedding for 4 people. The bathroom door lock was broken and even though I repeatedly asked to fix that, no one did. Poor service. Overall ok. You get what you pay for, simple.

The staff are friendly pleasant and helpful. It is very convenient and the suite size is perfect for us and our young adult children when on family trips. The nightly price price was read as well. There are some things that can be improved on. The rooms needs a lot of upgrades and non-smoking in the rooms need to be enforced and managed better. We experienced a combination of smoking from that made it very unpleasant to sleep through the night as the smoke made it into our room through the gaps.

The two bedroom was giant and had a full kitchen. The room was clean but had a few spiders and spiderwebs in the corners, as if it hadn’t been used for a few months and didn’t get a touch up before we checked in. It didn’t seem like a big deal, but my kid woke up with nearly a dozen itchy bug bites.

I loved the layout of the suite with the separate bedroom. We felt right at home with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bathroom was not clean though. There was public hair and a blood stain on the floor near the toilet. The bathroom also smelled like cigarettes and cheap perfume, so we kept the door shut. The rest of the room was clean and they brought us a pack n play for our baby to sleep in with clean sheets. Plenty of outlets to charge our electronic devices.

Great experience for family vacation and first time visit to New Jersey/New York area. Customer service was great and apprecited, and breakfast service was nicely set up. The only set back is the hotel not having free parking service. Nevertheless, I will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family members and friends.
