It’s was absolutely horrible ! I wish I could get my money back. The internet was down, I could not work , I also had the kids with me some they could not access entertainment. The fridge was leaking my son fell in the water Pooled around the fridge , the lamp was broken , they ran out of paper towel and toilet paper for the rooms , it’s was a totally disaster . Never ever going back here and I will be emailing hotels.com for a refund . Stay away

Walls were super thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors room. All the laughter, yelling at the kids, kids crying… everything!!! The neighborhood is no good. Looks like the slums. There were loud music into midnight for the 2 nights I stayed there. The owners of this place must be super stingy. The breakfast which wasn’t great to start with, had no eggs nor sausage as per advertised, was promptly closed at 9:00 am on the dot. They also did not make enough coffee to last till end of breakfast. It was 8:55 I tried to get some coffee, it already ran out. A lot of hotels have coffee all day long, it doesn’t cost that much guys to have coffee at least for the morning. The receptionist wasn’t that friendly also. Overall, bad hotel stay. Would never stay here again.

We were visiting family who live in the area. We have stayed here before and will stay here again, It is convenient, clean and the staff is very friendly. It is close to a lot a great restaurants and my sisters house.

My family came in from out of state and they truly enjoyed the stay, they especially enjoyed the walkable grounds and the beauty it captures. The one thing that I did experience that needs to be highlighted and that is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Staff from the front desk to the housekeeping was SO KIND and HELPFUL to my family and I (which is HUGE for me). Thank you for a great experience and GREAT service.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this hotel. First they gave us a room which swelled like someone vomited in it so had to change rooms. The new room smelled ok but the beds were disgusting and we felt like something was crawling on us and was itchy the whole night ,there was not enough bedding for the pull-out bed and the bedsheets smelled like body odur. Could not sleep a wink. Please stay away if you have a kids.

My child for wrapping papers and a bag in the drawer when we arrived. It smelled and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. They didn’t have enough towels or wash rags to accommodate either.

It was listed as Non-Smoking room, and we wanted the same as we had small kids. The room was filled with Cigarette smoke. Asked the manager to check. She came and just handed us an air freshener. Said can't do anything as their boss is unavailable. No follow up, just had to live with it. This is unacceptable. We didn't pay a dime less of what the hotel asked. We expected the least. On top of it - Breakfast was below average. The shower faucet was not working as expected.

Staying in this hotel during our trip was the biggest mistake. The room was full of an unclean smell. When you enter the lobby, you will think that the hotel is relatively new, but in fact they were remodeled in an old hotel. When you enter the room and observe carefully, you will understand what I mean. The whole family was woken up by bedbugs bites in the middle of the night Forced to change to another room, the hotel manager didn't apologize until we left. I do not recommend this hotel for everyone, especially families with children.

Normally I like hone 2 suites as it has Hilton standards with room for families. This one was unfortunately probably worst ever visited. Dirty , outdated, bathrooms looked like they were trying to cover mold with DIY solutions. The sofa was stained so many colours could not identify its original one. would not ever visit again or recommend to anyone.

Check in was fast and easy. The lady working the front desk was very informative and polite. Everything was very clean. I really liked having the full sized fridge in the room. The WiFi wasn’t that great, kind of slow. Also, if you’re spending a lot of time in the room the channel selection was limited. I had 2 small kids with me and there wasn’t many options as far as kid channels. Otherwise, my stay was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
