Staybridge Suites Liverpool Syra, an IHG Hotel

We were visiting family and though we come to this area often we have not stayed here before. It is now at the top of our list of places to stay in the area, My daughter especially loves the 2 room suite so she doesn't have to hear my snoring. The place is convenient, clean, comfortable and surprising affordable.

Wonderfully large room great for a family of 6. Was surprised at how much room there was and that there were two bathrooms with showers.

Quick stay for family event. Hotel was clean and service was excellent.

My husband and I were at the Liverpool, NY Staybridge Suites for 11 nights while visiting family and friends we hadn’t seen in 2 years. The hotel was very convenient, exceptionally clean and the staff was fabulous - so helpful and accommodating. But I can’t give the hotel a full 5 stars because of the condition of the furniture in our King bedroom suite. It was worn and frayed and the sofa bed in the living room area was difficult to sit on because it kept sinking in the middle. The King bedroom suite was very roomy to stay in since it had a separate bedroom and a nice kitchen layout which really came in handy for our extended stay. However, there was no TV guide to help us determine what shows were on at night when we would settle in to relax after a busy day of visiting. It was a bit annoying as most cable providers have a menu channel where you can see what is playing. This provider apparently did not, meaning we had to flip thru channels until we found something interesting. The breakfast was very good each day and dinner was provided also on 4 nights, although we only ate at the hotel on one night. Overall, it really was a great place to stay but we would suggest swapping out the worn furniture for something more comfortable and less shredded looking and updating the cable provider. We would definitely return on our next visit to that area.

Great place for families with kids, very clean, and spacious. Friendly staff.

When we arrived, my kids were very disappointed that the pool was not working. We chose the hotel for the pool (we were in town for a basketball free throw shooting contest but would have lots of time to spend at the pool over the weekend). My girls were devastated on Friday evening. By Sunday morning, they told me to "give this hotel 5 stars" about ten times. Everyone we met was so nice. Like, they were the kindest people at breakfast that we've ever met at a hotel. (And this was our third weekend in a row staying in different hotels). Gabe made my kids feel special. Everyone made sure my nonverbal son with special needs was ok and has everything he needed. It was a great hotel because of the people and I hope we can stay there again!

Cozy hotel and just right for a family to rest and sleep

We had a man staying across from us that made us feel uncomfortable and scared the entire stay. We weren't able to so much as breathe outside or near the inside of our door without him slamming his door in reaction to us and punching the inside of the door. I had a three year old and 12 year old in the room and had to call my husband to come up from downstairs fast due to the fear he put me in. Staff aware and trying to resolve issue. Long term stayers should not be around families.
