I really enjoyed my stay with this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was centrally located, making it easy to get to the places I wanted to go. It was clean and I felt safe the entire time. I have family in the area and will one hundred percent be staying with them again!

Great value. Staff were all very friendly and patient. Our room was right across from the elevator, and everytime the elevator door opened or closed, the door to our unit would shake loudly. AC unit is very loud, wasnt a problem for our kids, but might impact others. The location is unbeatable for the price. Def would stay here again. Beds were very comfortable as many memtioned. And we had plenty of hot water.

The elevator didn’t work so the lady had to go do something in another room and finally started. We were alittle uneasy to ride on it. Reservations details were wrong. Finally got us satisfied as we were only going to be there 3-4 hours before catching a plane home. This morning night clerk was very rude. Elevator wouldn’t work again so my family had to walk down the stars with their luggage. I told the lady what the night person had done and she very rudely said it’s working but it wasn’t. The guys that picked us up to take us to the airport said they knew her and she is always rude. Makes your hotel look very bad.

I’ve been staying at this comfort in for the last 4 years, it’s conveniently located 2 miles from my family. The Hotel is well Maintained, I was happy to see the rugs were changed in the hotel rooms. My biggest expectation is cleanliness and as little bugs spiders as possible. Naturally I realize that can only be controlled to a point. The shower water was hot, to me that’s very important. I like the breakfast although a bigger variety would be nice. It was the same thing everyday. I know it’s not a restaurant, but everyday it was sausage and eggs. Maybe switch it up to Bacon and eggs once on a while. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I will continue to vist this hotel every year I visit my family. Thank you!

The room and alley leading to the room smelled of cigarette. We had to vacate in less than an hour of checking in as we had 2 kids in our group. The hotel refused to give refund.

Me and my family visited for one night from canada, this property was very clean and was priced fairly, however i noticed it was a little damp in the room and the blankets weren't the greatest felt thin and cheap, our overall stay was good and i would return to this hotel, i would say this property does need a good talking to about customer service as it wasnt great at all, the lady at the front desk wasn't very pleasant to deal with and when i asked what amount they were charging my card for she said ( what i told you) if i knew what she said I wouldnt have asked her the customer service is the only thing that would deter me in the future!
