I loved this property. The beds were like clouds and my kids had a ball in the pool. The staff was awesome and I'm definitely going to book my future stays here.

I expect a much cleaner room for $300 plus. Place should be immaculate for that price. Rooms are quite large though. Also a lot of kids running around the lobby. Staff are very nice. Chain also seems to encourage tipping the cleaning staff so they seem to think the wages of their employees are my problem.

I've stayed here twice, once in 2020 for a family wedding and in 2023 for the Syracuse Irish Festival. Both stays were excellent. Hotel is clean, staff is pleasant and efficient, rooms are nice - the room I had on my past trip was nicer than my apartment was in grad school. Convenient location in downtown Syracuse with parking on site and across the street from Kitty Hoynes one of the best Irish pubs in the Northeast US and nearby many other restaurants. My go to place to stay when I am in Syracuse.

Booked a one-night stay for an impromptu family trip. The room was the perfect size and the kitchenette was a great feature. Looking forward to staying again when we are in the area!
