We loved our modern stay at TRU! The Peloton was a hit for adults who needed movement and the foosball table kept our kiddos happily busy. The entire facility felt very clean and updated. We liked the well lit parking lot for safety reasons. We especially loved all of the clever signs and touches.

The staff here was really lovely. The hotel was very busy with a hockey tournament so lots of kids running around, which is fine. The staff made an effort to put our room in a quieter area and asked us multiple times how we were doing. Great hotel, very comfortable. My only complaint is that the blankets were thin. It was pretty cold outside (10 F) and snowing pretty hard and the heat was pretty loud. They may have extra blankets, we just didn't ask (it was pretty late). Otherwise, I'd stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here for a concert at St Joseph’s Health Amphitheater. Both times check-in was quick & easy. The rooms were clean had plenty of space for the price. There’s room to hang out & play games in the lobby with some comfy furniture & various types of games. There are snacks for purchase & free coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast is included with eggs, sausage, muffins, toast & pancakes among other things. The topping bar for the pancakes is a kids dream with chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, nuts whipped cream & more. The location is about 15 minutes from the amphitheater & about 5 minutes from Destiny Mall. It’s right off the expressway so you have easy access.

I'm a bit of a hotel snob because one time we picked up bedbugs and had to spend thousands getting rid of them in our home. Plus the trauma it caused us. SO when it comes to choosing a hotel, I will look for as long as I need to and then I'm scared. Lol I finally choose this motel because overall it seemed the best choice. I was actually quite pleased! There's Foosball table in the lobby and plenty of desks and tables and little cubbies to sit in. It has a fun colorful feel yet feels clean. The guy running the desk could probably clean up a bit better but at least he's working and not just sitting at home. So I'll give him that. Our room was clean and the bed was nice. I did notice a small stain on the other bed sheets when I was tucking the children in but the sheets seemed clean. Oh yes, I did notice a roach on the wall the minute we walked in so I killed it. I didn't see any more but where there's one there's usually more! Overall the place seemed clean and I was pleased. I would stay there again.

I never checked in. When I was arrive, I was met at the front desk by a man who presented very inappropriately. He was eating some kind of donut that was covering his mouth and hands. His shirt was undone and untucked, and his zipper was down without having any underwear on. I could not believe what I was saying. But then proceeded to insist that he use my cell phone to look at that itinerary. Then he started to scroll down at which point I grab the phone and said I’m done. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if a woman or a family had walked up to the reception desk and found that man servicing this hotel. I would like to be refunded the charge for the two nights for this hotel.

I don't like staying in Hotels! It actually Grosses me out, the thought of all that goes on in these rooms and the filth I have experienced elsewhere , especially the ones with carpeted rooms usually make me cringe! So I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our rooms ( we had 2 connected King) . I especially loved the bright bathroom that was so clean I actually took a bath ! The entire property from the outside parking area to the dining room, elevators and Halls were all super clean and well maintained! For someone as OCD as me it was a huge relief to actually be able to enjoy my stay! The bed was also super comfortable and the huge TV was a good quality ( clear) . I also loved the minimalist furniture which was also very clean, unlike other hotels that have disgusting dark furniture with god knows what living in, under and behind it! I also have to give praise to the eco friendly soaps/lotion etc in the bathroom ( wall mounted squeeze bottles not mini throw away bottles like at all the other places) . My kids liked the lobby game options, as well as the automatic pancake maker at the FREE breakfast! Please give your cleaning crew a raise! Very happy customer!

I've stayed in Tru Hilton before in PA and loved how clean it was. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Upon arriving, the front desk lady was being micromanaged by the manager in front of me as the poor lady looked horrified. It made us both uncomfortable. They proceeded to let me know I will be staying in the first floor and by the look on the lady's face, I knew this wasn't good but she reassured me the first floor was "good". What a lie that was!!! The entire night, I heard every shout, greeting, footsteps, elevator doors open/close, drunk patrons roughhousing, screaming children etc! As a light sleeper, I didn't get any sleep the entire night. The morning was even worse with traffic starting at 6am. Also, the room floors were sticky from leftover food residue from the previous patrons which was disgusting. They definitely don't mop the floors after each guest visit. Overall, it was a nightmare and I will never stay in a TRU by Hilton again. I have a long 6 hour drive ahead of me and I'm half asleep. Wish me luck on the road!
