The front end employee when we checked it was absolutely rude. Had an attitude from the minute we walked in. The room definitely needed some repairs, paint was chipping off the bathroom door, there was orange stains on the shower walls. Not many family options for channels on the tv. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Usual setup for a continental breakfast. Elevator was terrifying if you needed to go down. Initial start up felt like you dropped 10 feet in less then a second. Wasn’t bad for the one night we stayed, but I wouldn’t stay for more then a night or two

Stayed 2 nights for a kids bowling tourney nearby. Everything from check-in to check out was smooth. Room was clean and odor free. It was quiet. No road noise or noisy neighbors. One complaint.. No bottled water available in the vending machine or the dining area. Had to walk next door in the morning and buy them at Dunkin. Who doesn't sell bottled water?

Expedia say check in time is 3pm-6am. When I arrived after long drive 4:30am with my kid. The Indian front men said I can not stay. Check in was until 3am. I was ask do you have any available room? He said we have room but He can not let us stay. I want to talk with supervisor.

I’ve stayed in Comfort Inns before and this was the first time I had a negative experience. I had a bad feeling about it as soon as we walked into the room because it had an unpleasant smell, but we came in late after a long road trip and passed out soon after arriving. The next morning, we noticed how dirty the room appeared in the light of day. The comforter had stains and there was significant mold on the bathroom ceiling. At breakfast, the waffle batter was as watery as soup. However, the employee who was running the kitchen was super friendly and the kids and I agreed she was the only good part of the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights; receptionist was ultra friendly and smiled a lot and made the afternoon bright. Room was spacious for me and I enjoyed the comfy easy chair and the great floor light over it so I could easily do my cross stitching. Bed comfortable, & choice of pillows was nice. Loved the extra shelf space rather than dresser drawers. Breakfast had something for everyone from cold cereal ( had some favorites of kids) to hot entrees, to yogurt and fresh fruit. Tables were kept clean & wiped of crumbs. Even though it was warmer weather, I did miss the hot cocoa! Only two issues for me: I miss a TV with a guide because I hate to channel surf! Wish they had one. And 2nd, I was given a card to hang on my door to check when I wanted the housekeeping staff to take care of things, and I hung it two days in a row and no one ever came; perhaps it was my handwriting. When I asked what I did wrong, within three minutes, someone was at the door to share what I needed and empty my basket! And an extra special added surprise was the bottle of wine because of a perk I got for reserving online! I loved this place.

My family and I just stayed a night, bed were super comfortable. Overall the place was ok.

We checked our room was supposed to be non smoking and there was someone smoking in there. One bed was visibly dirty and didn’t have any pillow cases. I’m sure the other was dirty as well because I said I was itching when I laid down but didn’t realize it’s because the room was filthy.The bath was filthy and shower curtains stained with whatever the last person left behind. The sink was yellow and extremely filthy and the bathroom floor mat is so dirty it’s unbelievable!!!!! The front desk agent kept leaving to go outside to smoke cigarette so we have to keep walking downstairs if we need something or to get him up to the room to take pictures. My family is exhausted and have a long day ahead tomorrow and no one can sleep because we are itchy and paranoid. I especially need to sleep because I have a long drive tomorrow but I can’t sleep at all even though I’m super tired. Shame on the staff and comfort suite and in. This place made my mom blood pressure go up from stress.

Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. Our room was only cleaned once on a three night stay and only becasue my husband complained. Travelling with two small kids it would be nice to have fresh towels and the coffee replenished at the very least. It was poorly cleaned before we checked in. Not impressed and we won’t be back.

Great place to stay . It is tight quarters if you have kids . But doing able if you are just in room to sleep. Handy to have Dunkin’s next door walking distance. And a great restaurant Tullys) next door also walking distance great food .

The staff here was super friendly, I had to cut my visit short due to family obligations and they were so understanding! The property is a little run down but we were comfortable.
