Sleep Inn & Suites Airport

We travel to Syracuse every year to visit family and friend's. We have been staying at the Sleep inn the last several years because it is quiet, clean and has a restaurant and bar. This is our home away from home.

Best way to start a 10 day vacation. Stayed here for 1 night enroute to Niagara falls. My family had a great experience from check in to check out. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was a great add on. We’ll definitely book again if we are in the area.

My wife, our 15 month old and I were traveling to visit her family for Christmas. We were stranded in Baltimore for Christmas Eve and Day with the Southwest fiasco. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Incredibly friendly and helpful, every single person. The business center is basically just a web surf station but the Wifi is acceptable to run a laptop. I worked remote and complete papers for school from the room. The breakfast is simple but kept fresh. The gym is also minimal but you can break a sweat and get a pump. The attached restaurant isn’t part of the hotel but their food is very good. Worth mentioning. Everyone working at the hotel is willing to do anything needed from what I can see. They really helped us and accommodated with anything we needed. Can’t recommend enough. Luckily, it is convenient to my wife’s parents and grandmother so we will be staying again for all future trips!

What a great stay. This is a perfect place for a family I need to stay. The breakfast is excellent. The facilities were very clean. The front desk service was phenomenal. Paris, in particular, was so helpful when we checked in. The crib that we got for our child was a beautiful wooden crib that was very easy to set up. High recommend.
