Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn

The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable and room was clean. Issue was noise and a lack of addressing the issue. We laid awake listening to a bridal party next door from 2-5:00 am. We called front desk around 2:45 am and they sent someone up, but the party did not stop. I called again and they said they would send someone again but nothing changed. Loud music, yelling and the smell of marijuana was beyond obnoxious. I finally opened my door and saw a party member who told me he would get them to quiet down and about an hour later it finally did. That was not something I wanted to do. I did not want to get into any confrontations. We did not sleep at all and were in town for a family party. It definitely put a damper on our family reunion. Very disappointed in the front desks response and curt answer the second time we called. Thought a Hilton would be better then this.

I stayed 1 night for a baby shower. Hotel was very clean, quiet and the queen room was larger than I expected. They have a Jacuzzi in the pool area which was nice. Pulling into the property, the flowers were unbelievably breathtaking. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely go back. Lastly, the hotel is near some nice shopping.

Excellent and pleasant place to stay for families with friendly staff and totally updated hotel. 👍👍👍

WE reserved a room for 4 people. Why are there only 3 sets of towels, and each bed had only 3 pillows? Why does the bathroom not have enough towel racks? We and several other families were dropping off our kids to the USMerchant Marine Academy. Several families tried to have dinner at the hotel, and frankly, the restaurant was slammed, and couldn't handle groups of 4-6. There was only one waitress, and no manager helped her. Then she said were were required to charge the meal to our room. The 10 oz steak my son ordered MR was a thin sandwich strip that was MW. The hotel compped us the dinner when I complained the next day, during check out. Hilton is not meeting my family's standards.

My experience was good. I took 5 of my family members there. All of our need was met. We have a toddler with us under 2 years old. I requested a crib and it was delivered to our room. The staff overall is friendly and nice. Special thanks to Alexandra our waitress. She is professional and friendly. We dine in for breakfast. The breakfast selection was good.

I thought the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and great! I thought the lobby was too cramped since it was also a shared space with the restaurant. There were parties staying at the hotel with a lot of unattended kids and it kind of hampered our breakfast experience.

Nice place. Very clean. Great service. Well equipped room. Great location for where our family lives. Two fairly minor complaints. First, the view was horrible -- faced some industrial equipment and a roof top. Could barely see the sky. Second, the door to the bathroom is a large sliding door that doesn't actually close off the space (so some awkwardness with a slight breach of privacy).
