We were in town for our annual family reunion. I don’t recall names very well but EVERYONE from the gentleman at our late check in to the check out attendant to the breakfast hospitality hosts were great. All friendly with greeting and explaining where we could find elevators and much needed coffee. The breakfast area was clean and food/drink did not run out. We will keep you on our good list! Thanks for a great comfortable stay!

They cancelled our reservation without any warning and when we got there after a 5.5hr drive they told us there was no room. We were fortunate to find a room elsewhere on a night where all hotels were booked!!
When we asked the front desk to help us find a room at their chain in another location, they said their phone had broken down. They called one other hotel and they were done. Apparently there had been 4 other families prior to us to whom this was done!!

Travelled with family including young children from Toronto. Upon arrival learned pool facilities closed, needless to say very disappointed kids. Hotel shows wear but the friendly and attentive staff do their part to upkeep. Breakfast service was excellent. No working phone on room, simply a model attached to nothing. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care about this.

The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and the pool was down. Their sister hotel down the road had an open pool but it was inconvenient to leave the hotel and drive with our children. We could hear people talking and walking in the rooms around us. The headboard of the bed looked dirty, the seat of the chair in our room was worn down and looked like it needed to be replace. The bath tub was not as clean as I would have liked.

The room which they gave was terrible, the bed was constantly making quirky sounds and very uncomfortable. Very noisy place where people are loud and it clearly can be listen in my room even at 12 they are noisy and front desk haven’t done anything.
The washroom is in pathetic where the exhaust fan was not working. I will never book this hotel via you guys . We need rest but seems wake up tired. Spend $150 for this terrible experience. Also they have taken additional deposit of $50 dollars when will get refund after 3-5 days which is not mentioned when I book the room. It’s vey very bad experience for me and my family.

Second visit to this hotwl with my family. Staff was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. They all asked how our visit was and if there was anything more they could do to make it more enjoyable. Every staff member acknowledged us every time they saw us. Carl was super friendly and very considerable. Room was clean and property was well taken care of. Amazing breakfast. We will be back!

My family was in Buffalo for a funeral. We stayed at the Hampton Inn/Suites. The hotel staff, Courtney and Carl, were most helpful. They were friendly, courteous, attentive, respectful, supportive, an accommodating. The hotel staff was great, overall. We had made it to the airport and noticed that my granddaughter left her wallet/AirPods at the hotel. I called back and kindest young man at the desk brought it to us, expeditiously. We were able to catch our flight on time.
The breakfast was great! We will be booking and staying at that same hotel again. You couldn’t ask for a better stay!! Thank you all!!!! Debra and Madison 7/2023

I booked this room for my daughter and my three grandchildren the night before the funeral of my grand children’s father so they didn’t have to get up early and drive two hours and be at the funeral home for the day. When they arrived, they were told that their room was not paid for, and they had to pay for the room, even though it was already paid for, when I called them and sent proof that I had paid through Expedia, they made them sit there for two hours while they tried to figure out stuff and still did not credit them the money back Expedia had to credit me the money back. Tried to make a situation better for my grand children and instead had to deal with a new computer system that they didn’t know how to work. Very frustrated after an hour on the phone with Expedia while they try to contact the hotel a few times before they ended up crediting me back. Made a very difficult situation that my family was going through even more difficult.

Airconditioning system was loud and knocking keot us up all night and loud guests with children screaming all night. Hand soap bottles on wall were dirty. Front counter took a long period to check in staff waa bery friendly

Amazing staff. Super friendly and they went above and beyond for our comfort. Excellent breakfast and pool. Perfect fpr our family. Pool was kept well and property was immaculate.
