Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville

The first night we stayed in a king room with kitchenette and sofa bed. This did not fit our needs so then we moved to a regular double queen room for the remaining two nights of the stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find almost the same amenities in the smaller room, plus the second real bed. They had microwave, mini fridge, and tub shower as opposed to stall shower. The pool is awesome. Breakfast was a treat! I expected just cereal and bagels, but they had a waffle iron and a rotation of hot treats like scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, pre made omelets, bacon or sausage, i can’t remember all the options over the three days. Walking distance to Glen falls which was super family friendly. We didn’t use a stroller, but it’s a nice short walk and the falls are close to the entrance. The little downtown area is very cute and quaint, but much of it was closed by Sunday at 5. We went to dinner at steelbound several blocks away and the food was good.

I didn’t get a minute of sleep due to kids running and screaming through the halls all night long. Someone had a birthday party so the pool and hot tub were unavailable to use. These were the kids running through the halls. The place was clean enough and the staff was friendly but the fact that this was allowed to happen all night was unacceptable.

The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm which was nice and convenient. We came for a relazation night after a series of bad events that happened. Breakfast was hot, cooked nicely, and had a ton of options for the whole family. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed that there was hot water and coffee available in the lobby! It was a pleasant surprise. We were only there a night and arrive at 7pm. Thank you for everything. Staff was nice and friendly. There were essentials we forgot to pack such as a brush. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed over Thanksgiving with our toddler and had an amazing time. The staff are INCREDIBLY kind. The hotel is clean and quiet and my daughter loved the pool and the breakfast station. Would recommend!

Stayed one night with my family and it was great. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean room, and easy parking. Breakfast was also nice. Happy we found this place on our road trip.

Our suite was amazing for my family of 5! Fully equipt kitchen with dishwasher/plates/silverware. Large living room with adjoining bedroom with 2 queens. We used the pool a couple of times and it was great with a large hot tub. Breakfast was great as usual with an attentive staff. The location was perfect to shopping/dining and even 5 minute walk to an amazing park with a waterfall. We stayed here on our way out of Niagra Falls before we headed back home to Ohio. What a happy accident to be in this town. So pleasant and clean.

I loved that we were able to walk to all the different restaurants. We had a suite and it felt like a private apartment. It was beautiful, clean and 700 SF large which is amazing for the size of a hotel room. For 2 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of space. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was perfect fir a overnighted surprise with our grandchild we took them there for a swim nice clean pool. Breaks was nice I just really wish they had a policy for dress one boy about 13ish was having breakfast no shoes on just swimming trunks next come his dad in just a towel that ruined it for me

great little spot in a nice little town! quiet, clean, comfortable spacious rooms. Indoor pool and hot-tub. Perfect for families and / or couples alike. Highly recommend it.

Conveniently located near shops and eateries. Facilities were clean and staff, friendly. Great breakfast options. Would recommend for families and people with pets. We visited the falls which was about a 25 minute drive. Will stay here each time we visit
