Great location! Hotel is full of family fun for the times your not site seeing. Only thing that wasnt great was the beds for us.

Our first room had spit balls on the wall and ceiling and toilet was dirty from previous guest’s.I was moved to another room but the hotel was very loud and kids knocking on doors and running away till 11:30pm

We stayed at 6 hotels on our family road trip, and this was our favorite. It is very conveniently located, basically in the parking lot of Crossgates mall, so plenty of options for entertainment and dining. It was connected with another hotel, and you could enjoy the breakfast of either, which was great! It had a nice lounge in the lobby area with a free pool table and games. Everything looked new and the staff was great.

The mall was in the area . As a freshman parent hotel was close to the university was a pleasure staying at the Tru Hilton. They need to more for breakfast. I will stay again. The reception that check in my family and i did great job thanks

Check in staff was super friendly and helpful! This is a hybrid, something between business class and budget, with a very comfy bed, nice shower, and bath amenities. Large 55" TV, plus small work area. We came as a couple, but also highly recommended for families, as stay includes a full hot breakfast. In addition to the indoor pool, there was a pool table, basketball court, gym and other games that would keep kids busy. Crossgates Mall is just a short walk, as is a movie theater. Overall, nice experience, good value, and we would stay here again!

Very modern setting and even have a pool table. But there was no cups nothing in the room. We had a 1yr old with us so it wasn’t too comfortable with kids
